How Scanify Works
Scanify processes your documents entirely in your browser. When you upload a PDF, it is loaded directly into memory on your device. All signature placement, scan effects, and PDF export happen client-side using JavaScript. No file is ever transmitted to a server.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or process your documents. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not have access to any file you open in Scanify. We use Plausible Analytics to collect anonymous usage events (such as when a document is processed or downloaded) with no cookies, no personal identifiers, and no document contents.
Email Waitlist
If you submit your email address to join the Pro waitlist, that address is stored by Resend, our email delivery provider. We use it only to notify you when Pro features become available. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email we send.
Third-Party Services
We use two third-party services: Resend for storing waitlist email addresses, and Plausible Analytics for anonymous, cookieless usage analytics. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and is fully GDPR-compliant. No document data is ever shared with either service.
